On the Day of Your Reservation

🍽 On the Day of Your Reservation

Arrive a Little Early
Please arrive at the restaurant a little before your reservation time, so you have enough time to get settled.

Give Your Name to the Staff
When you arrive, please tell the staff your name.

“I have a reservation for [number] people. My name is [Your Name].”
Japanese ([number]名で予約した、[Your Name]です)
     ([number]meide yoyakusita,(Your Name)desu)
The staff will then guide you to your table.

After your reservation, we will also send you a follow-up email written in both English and Japanese.
This way, you can show it to the restaurant staff if needed — they will understand it easily.

Ordering
Once seated, you will find an English menu for the all-you-can-eat plan.
You can order anytime from the menu.

We will also send you some recommended dishes and an overview of the menu in advance by email — feel free to try them if you like!

Calling the Staff

If there is a tablet on your table, please use it to place your orders.
If there is no tablet, please say “Sumimasen” (Excuse me) to get the staff’s attention.
If there is a call button on your table, press it and the staff will come to you. The call button usually looks like this ⇩

Enjoy Your Meal
Relax and enjoy authentic Japanese food in the unique atmosphere of a local izakaya.

Pay at the Restaurant

Meal and drink charges are not included in the service fee.
Please pay for your food and drinks directly at the restaurant on the day.

An estimated food cost is shown on each plan’s product page.

When you are ready to leave, take the bill to the cashier.
If you don’t have a bill at your table, press the call button and say “Okaikei de” (I’d like to pay, please) to the staff, and they will guide you to the register.
