Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Please arrive at the restaurant about 10 minutes before your reservation time.

Give Your Name to the Staff
When you arrive, please tell the staff your name.

“I have a reservation for [number] people. My name is [Your Name].”
Japanese ([number] reserved, [name])

The staff will then guide you to your table.

After your reservation, we will also send you a follow-up email written in both English and Japanese.
This way, you can show it to the restaurant staff if needed — they will understand it easily.

Ordering
Once seated, you will find an English menu for the all-you-can-eat plan.
You can order anytime from the menu.

We will also send you some recommended dishes and an overview of the menu in advance by email — feel free to try them if you like!

Calling the Staff
If there is a call button on your table, you can press it and the staff will come to you.
If there is no button, please call out “Sumimasen” (Excuse me) to get their attention.
